What Are Your 5 Non-Negotiables?

i was surfing on the net, then i stumbled upon this page, and i think it's a good thing to have a  list of the qualities in a man / woman that u really cannot negotiate, meaning, they must have these qualities, if not, bye bye..but, bear in mind, it should not be something that's too ideal like:

1. good looking / beautiful and have a body like Ryan Reynolds / Blake Lively

 

2. rich and loving like Chuck Bass

3. a vampire like Stefan / Damon Salvatore / Edward Cullen (wth?)

4. hot CIA agent like Sarah Walker 

 

those are like the common thing which most man and woman wish to have, but of course la, smp bila pn tak dpt achieve kn, yes, it's not impossible, tp be real la kn..make a list that's related to your personal life and plz, be relevant...hehe

my list goes like this (and I've found the man that suits them :-) ):-

1. chemistry; a person whom i'm comfortable to be with and able to love me for who i am.
2. protective; able to protect and defend me from everyone and everything.
3. love travelling.
4. love sports and it is listed as one of his favourite hobbies.
5. love modern designs.

so, what are your 5 non - negotiables?
